U.S. Petroleum Balance Sheet

I developed a Python script to parse the U.S. Petroleum Balance Sheet  Excel file and generate a figure for each statistic. All reported statistics are weekly and are measured in thousands of barrels per day. The statistics fall under two categories: Petroleum Stocks, and Petroleum Supply. The figures are up-to-date for the week ending August 4th 2013.
